Exporting peanuts is much more than loading a ship. Behind every shipment there is a complete process designed to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery.
1. Product preparation
The peanuts go through strict selection and classification to meet international standards, then are packed into high-resistance big bags that protect the kernels against humidity, pests and climate variation.
2. Packing in big bags
Each big bag holds 1 to 1.2 tonnes. Big bags make handling, storage and transport easier, keep every batch traceable, reduce waste and preserve product integrity.
3. Transport and containers
The big bags are loaded into shipping containers, optimizing space and securing the peanuts until delivery. Transport to the port is planned to meet the agreed shipping schedule.
4. Quality control
Before loading, the peanuts undergo laboratory tests for moisture, purity and absence of contaminants. Certified reports travel with each container.
5. Final shipment
After customs clearance, the container ships to the importing country. Our logistics team monitors every stage so the cargo arrives on time.
